About

I'm Lottie.

Coach. Student of psychology. Embodiment practitioner. Neurodiverse woman. Perpetual becomer.

I am the woman publicly obsessed with the psychology of women becoming through business. I am living the thesis I am studying.

Working for someone else was never really a considered option.

So I had to become. The woman who could do it. The woman who continued. The woman who showed up when she didn't want to. The woman who is still learning — still becoming — in the middle of building the very thing I'm building.

I am not the finished version. I am not arrived.

But I am more free than I have ever been. And the business made me become her — not despite the hard moments, but through them.

That's not a coincidence. That's the thesis.

What I've learned

I spent years trying to understand why I could help other people move and still find myself stuck at my own edges.

Why the knowledge never quite closed the gap.

Why doing all the right things — the therapy, the breathwork, the somatic work, the courses, the qualifications — still left something unmatched between my insides and my outsides.

What I found, again and again, was this:

The challenge was never a lack of knowledge. It was difficulty trusting my own judgement.

And business — more than anything else — kept exposing exactly that. Every pricing decision. Every piece of content. Every time I had to be visible before I felt ready. Every moment I had to lead when no one had given me permission yet.

Business is exposure therapy. Not just where the wound surfaces. Where self-authorship gets rehearsed.

Why psychology

I'm starting a psychology degree in October 2026.

Not to become a therapist, and not to learn what I don't already know from lived experience. But because the women I work with deserve the rigour. Because the patterns I see every day in my clients have names, frameworks, research behind them. And because the work I do sits at the intersection of the psychological and the somatic, and I want to understand both — deeply, properly, with the full weight of study behind it.

This isn't business psychology in its conventional sense.

Not how psychology helps us sell. Not frameworks for productivity or peak performance. But: what happens psychologically and somatically when someone who has spent years adapting, masking, self-silencing or abandoning herself tries to build something that requires self-authorship?

That's my rabbit hole. That's what I'm studying. That's what I work with every day.

The credentials

01

Two qualifications in coaching

02

Five years of breathwork training across three schools

03

Psychology degree, beginning October 2026

04

More than a decade of my own undoing, unlearning, and becoming

But the most important qualification is this: I have been the woman sitting across from you.

I know what it is to have done the work and still not trust yourself at the edge. To know your patterns and still repeat them. To be building something and still quietly asking everyone else if it's right.

I'm not coaching from the outside. I'm coaching from inside the same becoming — a few edges ahead, and committed to staying honest about every one of them.

Helping women like me get here — that's the fire.

That's the drive. That's why this work exists.

The psychology of women, becoming in business.
