The honest answer

Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device. Some are needed for a site to work, some remember your preferences, and some follow you around to advertise at you. Here is exactly where I stand.

1. What this site sets

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics tools. I do not run Google Analytics, Meta pixels, or anything similar, and nobody is following what you click.

The only cookies this site may set are strictly necessary ones that keep the site secure and working, such as protecting forms against spam. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site, and they do not identify you personally.

2. Other websites you might reach from here

A few places on this site hand you over to other services, and those services have their own cookies and privacy policies:

  • TidyCal, when you book a discovery call or session, which you do on TidyCal's own site.
  • Kit, when you confirm your subscription to my mailing list.
  • Stripe, if you pay for a session online.
  • Instagram, Spotify and Substack, when you visit my profiles there.

I would always recommend having a quick look at their policies, because I cannot control what they set once you are with them.

3. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Every browser does this slightly differently, so look for "cookies" in your browser's privacy or security settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this site from working.

4. If this ever changes

If I ever add analytics or anything that tracks across the web, I will update this page, and you will see a clear consent banner asking you before anything optional is switched on. Until then, you can browse here without being watched.
